THE BNI BIG BREAKFAST SUCCESS

As you no Goldie Horns Ltd were preparing to attend the BNI Big Breakfast to promote the our services and gain extra business contacts around the Midlands. The whole day was a great success and Goldie Horns Ltd came away with some exciting prospects.

Goldie Horns Ltd had a trade stand set up, where we were able to demonstrate our services and give away examples of the work we do to potential business contacts so they have a constant reminder of what Goldie Horns Ltd is all about.

The overall day was a huge success and Goldie Horns Ltd cant wait to progress further with the contacts we made throughout the day.

Copper Sulphate Crystals…

At Goldie Horns Ltd all the electroplating processes involve many different chemicals and stages. We also deal with alot of crystal inset work, but we had a very magical experience when we intended to use the copper for one of our projects. Many students get set science project to form Copper Sulphate Crystals in the class room, but accidentally Goldie Horns Ltd produced a fascinating piece of Copper Sulphate art.

A mixture of Copper Hydroxide and Sulphuric acid will create these crystals which is the process students use but Goldie Horns Ltd accidently dropped a Copper pipe into a large amount of Sulphuric acid which made the acid leach on to the copper in the pipe. The copper pipe fromed a base for the crystals to form on, they then grew off and spread to create an extraordinary sculpture. This process can happen over night if its stored in a well ventilated, secluded place.. we left it for a while and you can see for yourself what an exciting structure it formed to..

The BNI Big Breakfast

Goldie Horns Ltd will be attending this massive event to promote our forever growing business with a trade stand. We will be giving demonstrations on both electroplating and the process of striping chrome. Goldie Horns Ltd like to leave an ever lasting impact on the people we meet so we will also be giving away some of the items we plate,so our potential customers will have a taster of what Goldie Horns Ltd is all about. We will have a few select pieces of our work on display for a closer look at the luxurious service we offer, including an Xbox with controllers, real roses, car badges and many more.
